The Three Peaks World Record
TrailMed is thrilled to congratulate Imo Boddy on her awe-inspiring achievement of breaking the 45-year-old female world record for the UK Three Peaks Challenge! Covering over 680 kilometers and more than 10,000 meters of elevation in just 6 days, 5 hours, and 43 minutes, Imo's success sets a new standard for endurance and determination. We were privileged to have her visit our TrailMed lab for a VO2 Max test, where she gained valuable insights to optimize her training. Imo’s journey exemplifies the power of dedication and proper support, and we are proud to have been part of her incredible adventure.
