We all know that dehydration can affect our performance. But avoiding dehydration can be the tricky bit - unfortunately it’s rarely as simple as just drinking water.
The amount of sweat and sodium lost during exercise can vary up to 15 times, even between similar individuals. This is why a generic, "one-size-fits-all" approach to hydration doesn't work. Instead, we work with you to create a Personalised Hydration Plan tailored to your specific needs.

Fuelling correctly can be tricky because of the way we metabolise carbohydrates can vary up to 5 times, even between similar athletes. This variation in carbohydrate metabolism is a result of genetics, your diet, your training, your hydration, the environment and other factors.
This is why a generic, "one-size-fits-all" approach to fuelling doesn't work. Instead, we work with you to create a Personalised Fuelling Plan tailored to your specific needs.
