Blisters on the balls of your feet can make walking, running, and hiking very uncomfortable. TrailMed's Kinesiology Tape (K tape) is an excellent solution for both preventing and treating these blisters, providing superior adhesion and long-lasting protection compared to traditional blister plasters.

Follow these simple steps to tape your blisters on the balls of your feet:

  1. Clean and Dry: Ensure the area is clean and dry to help the tape adhere better and stay in place longer.

  2. Measure and Cut: Cut a piece of K tape long enough to cover the blister and a bit beyond the edges. Round the corners of the tape to prevent it from peeling off easily.

  3. Anchor and Apply: Place the centre of the tape over the blister on the ball of your foot, ensuring that both ends extend beyond the blister. Ensure the edges are securely adhered to your skin, and gently press down the tape to ensure it sticks well.

  4. Smooth the Tape: Press and smooth the tape, removing any wrinkles or bubbles. This ensures it adheres properly to your skin. For extra protection and support, you can add a second layer of tape over the first, overlapping the edges slightly.
